Scott's journey began with his first business at age 12, a precursor to a lifetime of entrepreneurial ventures totaling over 20 diverse enterprises.
His passion for real estate blossomed in 2002, leading him to become very involved in multiple Real Estate Investors Associations and a savvy housing provider. Scott's diverse real estate experience encompasses everything from fix-and-flips to creative financing solutions. Notably, he developed and sold the innovative Rehab Estimator Pro app in 2019, merging his technological expertise with real estate acumen.
His Hard Money Lending began in 2014 and has helped many people both understand and utilize the funds for their investments.
With over 40 years of teaching experience, Scott is not only a mentor and coach but also an inspiring speaker, sharing his wealth of knowledge in real estate and technology.
His personal life, marked by a long-standing marriage since 1980 and parenthood, complements his professional achievements, reflecting a balanced and fulfilling journey.
Scott is that rare person at the intersection of Computers, Real Estate Investing, Knowledgeable, and knows how to clearly communicate. Helping others is his passion, such as speaking and coaching.
PANELIST MATT LITTY - SSB COMMUNITY BANK
I was born and raised in New Philadelphia and graduated from Tuscarawas Central Catholic in 2011. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Malone University in 2016, and also played baseball for the Pioneers. I serve as the Director of Commercial Lending at SSB Community Bank, and have been with our bank for 7 years. I live in Berlin, Ohio with my wife Bianca and two children (Griffin & Ivy). Over my college years and business career, I have been honored to work directly with so many great investors, businesses and community members, and I look forward to discussing in more detail the value behind developing relationships with a community bank.

My wife and I are Real estate investors since 2015. We Invest in buy & hold properties. Currently we have 15 units consisting of SFH & apartments. Six of these are short to mid-term rentals. We are a private money lender with 6 year’s experience. We offer staging services for investors.
